Masks

Fantasy, hidden identity and romance have inspired this collection of dramatic masks. In wearing these pieces, a romantic barrier conceals a factor of the user’s identity, all the while following the contours of the face, causing no real restriction to the eyesight.

The intricate, flowing lines began as a series of calligraphic ink writing in one continuous line that allow for the words to be sometimes concealed, sometimes revealed. The text has then been hand pierced out of metal then forged into a form.

Pieces can be worn as an act of mysterious flirtation or a piece of theatre of disguise. Occasional subtle moonstones, not necessarily noticed at a first glance, add elegance and beauty. Upon finding the moonstones, you can’t help but be drawn in for a closer more intimate look at the fine hidden beauty.

Jen’s masks are flamboyant statement pieces, which look impressive while being worn, but look equally as dramatic famed on the wall as a decorative piece. Jen is available for commission work. She is now developing a smaller scale jewellery range, which can be viewed on her website.

Arch Window

We believe that young design talent needs a chance. To be noticed, heard and admired. We use our window in the railway arch as a gallery to showcase the work of graduates and established artists. We partner with St Martins, NDA, Loughborough University and fashion colleges and carefully curate every installation. If you are an artist or a designer and want to exhibit your work, please give us a call or drop us a line at archwindow@gpstudio.uk.com
